2024 USA Cycling Level 2 Coaching License Certification Pre-Clinic Preparation Course

USA Cycling and Fast Talk Laboratories

Welcome to the 2024 USA Cycling Level 2 Pre-Clinic Preparation Course.

The goal of this online training course is to provide the training and sport science knowledge you need to be prepared for discussion during the in-person USA Cycling Level 2 Capstone Clinic.

About This Course

This course will guide you through Fast Talk Laboratories vast knowledge base of sport science information.

You’ll read articles, watch videos, and listen to podcasts from the likes of Joe Friel, Dr. Stephen Seiler, Dr. Inigo San Milan, as well as Fast Talk regulars Grant Holicky, Rob Pickels, and Trevor Connor.

Please take your time to absorb this information as it is the foundation of the conversation and assessment that will occur during the in-person meeting. Most course registrants take an average of about 8 hours to complete the course.

As you work your way through the course, be sure to “Mark Complete” at the end of each lesson so that your learning progress is saved. This will help you navigate through the course and keep your place so you can pause, take a break, and resume the course at your own pace.

By enrolling in this course, you agree to allow Fast Talk Laboratories to share your completion and / or assessment results directly with USA Cycling for the purpose of evaluating your preparedness for the Level 2 certification.
